I was billed thousands in unauthorized service charges by Key Chrysler in Xenia. I requested an email estimate of the recommended repair that I was told was a stuck caliper. I requested an oil change. I received no estimate and hours later was told my vehicle was ready with a surprise bill of almost $7,000. Opinion: Key Chrysler of Xenia targets women with unauthorized charges and questionable repairs. 2 months ago, another dealership inspected my front brakes and rated them "like new". Key Chrysler claims they did a complete front brake job with special order parts (hoses) within hours without my authorization. This was separate from the rear caliper sleeve applied, presumably to fix the stuck caliper causing the noise. If you care about your wife, your mother, your sister, and your daughter, warn them not to go to Key Chrysler in Xenia.
